[TFA] Use +attack3 for alt fire

描述
An incredibly simple addon that allows +attack3 to trigger the alt attacks of TFA weapons.

Note that this is tad hacky and might break a few things, which is why there is a convar (tfa_attack3_removezoomhook, defaults to 0) for completely removing the hook.

However i'd recommend to move the file to "lua/tfa/external" folder so that it will initialize when the base is loading.
