This is not an issue of the shared resources. I don't know if it's cubemaps or whatnot, try messing with your video options.

hey i already sub to the shader resource pack and i get a pink missing texture but the security one work

Nah, if he was missing the shared resources, he would be missing the arm texture, but that is not the case.

The purple-black "shader" error you're getting is from not installing the resources pack, I think! I had the same issue but downloading that fixed it. :D

Try messing around with your video settings - shader detail, etc.

Um not quite sure whats going but for me ther eis this purple-black error texture, not the gloves, just the shaders around them. I unistalled both gloves and the shared resources pack and reinstalled them again but nothing seems to work. I ve also check to see if there was any other mod conflicting with the gloves but I made sure this was the only gloves mod that I was using. I still look it up more I just wanted to let you know and btw your work is simply amazing!
