The M5B is a high velocity, high damage projectile weapon with a decently powerful tandem-charge explosive effect, 1000m/s projectile velocity and a reload of 20 seconds. Max range of 10,000m (Server sync range may interfere)

There may be issues with inventory volume on 1x worlds, please let me know! I also may change the ammunition production times and attributes. The tandem charge idea is that of the projectile exploding upon impact then again once the penetrator is within the armour.

It will penetrate 8.5 blocks of small grid heavy armour equivalent.

this and rarely the other naval cannons sometimes keep firing by themselves for some reason

No, it isn't a mod that needs copper :)

Also, Arstan that's for creative. They function fine in survival even though not fully built at least when I last checked :)

I have a problem im using Whip's rotor mouse turret and when i shoot this cannon its recoil is rotating my turret and breaking it any tips for fixing it?

For some reason, if I place this on a ship at all (not even fully built, just the initial construction model of it), any players in my (locally hosted) game are immediately kicked out of the server
