Skaven Loyalty Dilemma Fix

Ever played Skaven and been bent over without lube by a loyalty dilemma giving your entire faction -10 leadership, -15 melee attack, and/or -15 FLAT weapon damage for 20 turns, just to keep one single rat from rebelling? Of course you have! For some reason, someone at CA thought it would be cute to use faction_to_force_unseen for skaven military stat changes for some loyalty events, but not others with the same exact dialogue and effect details.

This fixes that. No longer will your already pathetic infantry buckle fighting peasant mobs or zombies. No longer do you have to ask yourself the question, " Do I lose this army and possibly a settlement, or do I lose 20 turns because none of my armies can fight at all?"


Save game addable and removable (changes to effect may not take place if you already went through a loyalty dilemma)
All mods that do not do anything specifically to skaven loyalty dilemmas (if they do, this will likely overwrite)
