Marblerock Gulf

Welcome to the Marblerock Gulf

Marblerock Gulf is a vanilla map.

All feedback is welcome.

This map was inspired by La Spezia and the Italian Riviera.


Note: You do not need any mods or assets for the map, it is completely vanilla.


The features of the map:

A lagoon on both island 2 and island 3.

A large harbor.

Two rivers, a main river and it's smaller distributary river

A Large river valley

There are four castles, one on a hill in the ancient hilltop city. the one is on a hill opposite of the city. another in the middle valley. the other in the lower valley.

Large beautiful forests across the map.

Many sandy beaches.


Notes:

The starting point is on the right side of the ending of river flowing into the gulf.

This map can be played with the normal 9 tiles. the map also be played with both 25 tiles and 81 tiles mods.

There are a few flat areas on the map.

The inner valley is mostly flat.

There are 230,000 trees placed across the map, so there plenty of trees left to use in game.


Connections:

easy access ship lines and airplanes connections.

3 of the 4 highway connections are used, so there is one that you can use.

Rail connections connect most of the map.


Resources:

Numerous farm fields placed across the valley. It is the largest resource area on the map.

There are ten oil fields. 2 inside the 25 tiles, 4 outside the 25 tiles, and 4 off shore.

There are many ore deposits. There usually around the base of the mountains and hills.

The several Large forest across the hills are good for forestry.
