City Hall by KingLeno

This is based on Memphis City Hall, a modernist-style building constructed in 1967. It appears to wear its skeleton on the exterior and is located in the center of Civic Center Plaza.

It can be used as a generic office building. It doesn't include RICO settings for office but you can add those on your own. It attracts more people as a regular park building.

Is there anyway to make this not require a road connection so I can put it on the plaza with Move It! and not have any issues?

So, that plaza is one big plop? I wish I could find more of that cause I wholeheartedly agree: Lining up tiles to to make a city plaza SUCKS!

@billyshabindigo it's actually one asset. I'm too lazy to line up tiles that perfectly. But it's made from the same textures as Park Tile Decals and curbs props
