Hi everyone, sorry for being quite for a while, cuz i recently have been quite busy and haven't got a lot of free time. My nyc save has also been broken, so I'm also trying to solve that. In the meantime, please enjoy this beautiful building from Des Moines. Personally, i have been wanting to make this building for so long, as i love its unique shape. The workshop also lacks a lot of buildings for medium sized cities, so I think this building will be a great fit.

801 Grand, also known as the Principal Building, is a 45 story skyscraper in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It is named after its street address along Grand Avenue in the downtown area of the city between 8th and 9th Streets, with High Street the northern border. Completed in 1991 and standing 630 feet (190 m), it is the tallest building in the state of Iowa. The building is primarily office space, largely occupied by its owner, Principal Financial Group. The lower three floors contain retail and restaurant space, including the 801 Chophouse, and provide a connection to Des Moines' skywalk system. Other tenants include the law firms of McKee, Voorhees, & Sease; Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave; and Faegre Baker Daniels.

This looks very similar to another building I was looking for, 100 1st Street in San Francisco. When I saw this, I was sure I had found it.

@fengpanchenchen I meant the buildings in DSM! There's an equitable building in Des Moines, it used to be the tallest building in Iowa for years! And the Iowa Capitol building is what I am refering to!

@Dendraspis This model doesn't have a big footprint, and has a 2048*2048 texture, a 1024*1024 for lod. The triangular count is also quite low, around 6000 for the main building.
@RaeNut There were some problem with that building, and was taken down, so i need to check it.
@IB-[7thWI] redrabbit348 I'm sorry do that. But the equitable building in NYC is already published, and the capital building in DC is on the workshop too I think.
