Reduced Armor Penalties

This mod greatly reduces most of the outrageous penalties of wearing any armor.

I felt like many armors had way to many negative multiplers, especially if you wanted to go all out and fill every armor slot with heavy armor. In the base game, wearing full samurai armor with a chain shirt gave you some seriously damaging combat speed effects. Heavy armor also has massive negative attack, defense, stealth, and ranged skills, putting a hefty burden on any user of heavier armors

To generalize what I've changed, all negative dexterity multipliers have been swapped for a very small negative combat speed multiplier, attack skill affects have been removed except in really thicc armors like Crab suits, but they still have very small attack skill effect, like -1 or -2. Finally a ton of armor has more armor coverage, especially in the stomach. For some reason the devs really didn't like stomach armor coverage.
