No Park Building Fires

If you own the Natural Disasters DLC (and only then), park buildings from the Parklife DLC can catch fire. It's often impossible to save them because they are not connected to a road, even with fire helicopters.

This mod disables this behaviour so that park buildings can no longer catch fire, under no circumstances.
