Snakey valleys, deep rivers and fractured landscapes, inspired by Norway.
For those of us that like to create smaller communities that develop over time and grow bigger, or a segmented city that wraps around the terrain in different ways, rather than a single generic metropolis. With plenty of different spots to put time into to make each area truly unique.
Most areas have slopes that make them accessible by road, but some might need terraforming, tunnels, bridges or lifts.

The only truly required mod is Network Extension 2 (remember to enable the mod in the content manager).
The rest is for visuals, I mostly recommend the Realistic European Theme, the Satellite LUT, unlimited trees, ultra-low tri pack and the generic tree pack.

Technically supports "81 tiles", but the bordering areas aren't too developed and might not be too interesting to play in.
