Hello, everyone!

Bringing you the new and improved Gears of War HUD, an almost exact replica of the original!

What does this add-on feature?

►A custom Heads Up Display that perfectly recreates that from Gears of War, using original assets;

►The way the HUD works is when you are damaged a certain percentage of your health, the infamous crimson omen will appear. The more damaged you are, the more intense it will appear. If you take cover and wait a little while (approx. 5 seconds) then your hp will regen really quick (it takes about 2.5 seconds to fully regenerate all hp);

►If you are badly damaged you will hear a sound cue to notify you of your dire need to take cover and retreat;

►A weapon select system;

►The Damage icon will transition very smoothly;

►When you die, a skull will appear in the middle of the Crimson Omen just like in the original Gears of War!

►A regenerative health system;

►Screen effects for damaging foes in close combat, explosions throwing dirt on the screen if you are in their radius;

►Custom weapon icons!'

►Tons of options! Tweak the HUD after your preference!

how do i disabled regenerative health system for serverside? the tab menu doesn't work and changing the code doesn't seem to work either.

another neat thing here, customizable health thresholds gmod's base health of 100 is too low. Now I can increase that with other addons but I dont start seeing the gear till below 100 hp

Nope, I figured it out. If you set the scale of the HUD to 0 while anything but the health system is enabled, it freaks out and stops working. I mainly got this so I didn't have the health and suit stuff taking up precious space on the screen, since I already have an addon that will show my health without any indicators (Low Health Effect, vignette-based), but it doesn't disable the HUD. (Read that before you ask why I'm setting the scale to 0.) All you have to do if you have this issue is not set the scale to 0. Everything else should be fine to change.

I still use this addon and so does my friend, he runs an entire server with this enabled. Are you sure it's not a third party addon like ULX or U-Lib?

Used to work fine but now it crashes my game. If you can get it to run, though. DAMN this addon is good.

i tried, i even made it where this is the only addon i had and still didnt work

Its working fine for me and the others, I'm using the workshop version just like everybody else. If that doesn't work, verify your game cache, reinstall the addon again and check for any conflicting addons.
