Performance ++ [by Trexeth]

This mod greately improves the performance of the game (speed & smoothness), especially in longer playthroughs - the game barely shows any signs of slowdown with time.
Full 769-1444 Run on my medium-low spec PC (laptop) took just 6 Hours in observer mode.
(Expect something like 100 years = 1 hour of gameplay more or less depending on ur PC, obviously depending on how often you pause)

FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER MODIFICATIONS like AGOT, HIP and others! (please report any issues)
(Disables achievements - impossible to change this)

The full mod makes performance even slightly better due to other minor changes and drastically improves vanilla gameplay by modifying many parameters, including AI behavior, which in the end results in much more beatufil, logical and nicely bordered worlds with realistic realms and no megablobbing.

Changelog:

FERTILITY_BASE_MULT = 0.4 (Slightly lower base fertility to balance character count)
SECONDARY_SPOUSE_FERTILITY_MULT = 0.25 (Significantly lower concubine/second wife fertility to prevent children spamm by tribals and muslims, when they have 10+ children every time)
EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET = 100 (Increased the delay between event loops for provinces and characters)
COURTIER_EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET = 255 (Increased the delay between event loops for courtiers)
COURT_PRUNE_SIZE = 1 (Every court is checked for pruning)
PRUNE_MINIMAL_AGE = 1 (Every "unimportant" character is pruned at any age)

Definition of unimportant character: Unmarried, Unlanded, Jobless, No Minor Title, Has no dynasty members.
