It still works for me. If you have a mod that changes the vendor list in the dancing skeleton to another one, that would be the issue.

I am doing a game only in the swamp with a swamp turtle pet so i have not tried other places.

Shark, The bar that does sell stuff there, the one with the dead Skeleton on it not the gaming one. It does not sell medkits and when i sub to this mod and import it still does not sell them.

It seems to still be working for me. Is there a specific location where it is not working for you?

This mod no longer works, please fix it.

That would take all challenge out of being a skeleton...
