The goal of this mod is to improve party naming in vanilla. In comparison to other party name mods, this mod takes a minimalist approach. Its main purpose is fixing immersion-breaking party names in vanilla rather than replacing generic party names with authentic names as many as possible. You will find most of the implemented changes as well as the reasoning recorded in change notes.

Suggestions

I'm familiar with Eash Asia in this period but much less so for the rest of the world. Suggestions are much needed but note that the mod is designed to be ironman compatible so I can't make any change that breaks checksum. I take this work with academic-style seriousness. If you are also serious and want to challenge some of my decisions, please read the related change notes first. But I should also remind you that sometimes there is just no perfect solution.

Mod Compatibility

Obviously, don't use it along with other party name mods.

The mod works with the Party Emblem Mod (PEM). Because PEM has not been updated for a while, this mod also helps PEM adapt to each major update of the game so that subscribers don't need to worry about mod compatibility when activating a presumably outdated PEM. Finally, PEM is required for the proper functioning of this mod, but there is a standalone alternative if you don't like party emblems: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1739664224

Works good but it's NOT compatible with BICE 5.x sadly...

@aszykmarta It's done. You will find my detailed (tedious) explanation in change notes but I'm afraid the solution is not the same as what you have suggested.

@aszykmarta OK, I realised Hungarian party names especially non-aligned and fascist parties are really a mess. But the situation here might looks much more tricky than you might have thought. Besides, I could not change the party leader so that makes things even harder if I want to find a good solution here... Anyway, finding a solution to the Hungarian party names will be this mod's priority for now. Thanks for your suggestion.

I will take a look at Hungarian parties next. 'pułkowników' has been abandoned since the PEM came out. Instead, this mod simply adopts the PEM's choice of 'Piłsudski's colonels' to be the name of the Polish Non-align party.

Also change the NPHM hungarian fascist party to NEP/MEP/Horthy's regency/FGKp cuz Horthy is the leader, or simply change the leader of fascist party to Ferenc Szalasi. Also, the "pułkowników" term is an adjective. The "pułkownicy" term is exact. Sorry for my English.

Update: now you need to also subscribe to Party Emblem Mod to make it work properly otherwise the ideology emblem (party emblem) for some countries will be missing.

Thank you, this is very helpful. I just read a little bit more and now I would agree that in 1936 Sanacja did not exist just as BBWR. But I don't like naming it as simply 'Military Regime', such common term without any polish flavour. After some searching I seem to have found a great replacement 'pułkowników (colonels)'. What do you think?

With BBWR you have right, but Sanacja is not a party, but side of political life in Poland.
After Piłsudski started beeing sick he also started punishing the opposition and in 1935 Only BBWR was real legal party.When did collapse real power earn Right Sanation ruling by Polish officers and generals. New Marshall Edward Rydz-Śmigły and old Piłsudski's friend Kazimierz Sosnowski got full power. Ignacy Mościcki in our constitution was the strongest person in country but in reality he was only puppet of Rydz-Śmigły. So I think that in Poland in hoi4 we should have 100% for neutrality.
