I've made a complete remake of this asset, with improved model and texture, now on a smaller lot with less empty space around it (as requested):

Description
This is designed to be having a kindergarden vibe, though it funktions as a normal elementary school.

It consists of a sitting and playing area to the left of the building, decorated with benches and trees. To the right of the main building, we have a big patch of grass, for playing variuos children games.

@Chamëleon I just tried reuploading another version with less space, but i can't seem to be able to upload to Steam at the moment, i don't know why, but i will try again in a couple of days.

Hi, i really like this kindergarden... but... the used space is two grid fields wider than the actual building...
