Combine Male Medic NPC and PM

This adds a male Combine medic NPC and PM. You can use this model for scenes, roleplay or whatever. The NPC is a basic combine soldier with normal weapons (AR2, SMG-1 and shotgun) and spawnicon. This Combine unit is hexed, so it doesn't replace anything. PM has basic Combine c_hands.
