I think THAT might be a bit out of the scope for this game, unless one made scenic props. And even then you might want the Anarchy props+trees mod so you can put things on the roads.

Im finding it hard to distinguish what is a prop and what could be used as a replacer..

it replaces the bus so u can plot the route it takes, its for aesthetic purposes only :)

Wait, so is this a prop or a vehicle? If it's a vehicle, what does it replace, if it replaces anything.
