Improved Gorge Spit

Kinda hacky, kinda better. Currently a work in progress.

It changes the cinematic of the gorge spit so it shows up in alien vision, replaces the client side projectile with a purely predicted (and thus smoothly animated) cinematic. Server no longer sends clients spit entities, instead it just sends one network update on creation, and one network update when the spit hits an entity. If the spit just hits a wall, it doesn't bother.
