I think I've identified your issue. Unfortunately, this isn't something I can fix without adding the smaller turrets instead of replacing the original ones. This is due to the fact that the original model is offset by on block in the X and Z directions, while mine is not due to it only being 1x1 at the base. To fix the issue, you'll have to replace any turrets. If blocks were deleted or removed by this process, use creative tools to fix the issue. Aside from that, don't install this mod if you have any large grids with turrets on them. Remove them first, install the mod, then re add them.
