Good afternoon!

This blockhouse was built in year 1905 and represents art nouveau (jugendstil) architecture.
Today, apart from apartaments, the honorary consulate of Czechia is located in the building.
Located in Bydgoszcz, Poland

Size 4x2, growable lvl 3, residential.

Named "B13 lvl 3" in game.

Model info

Main model 4585 tris (a lot of curved balconies, details, sculptures etc. jugendstil, duh ;D), lod 63 tris.
Textures 1024x1024, lod 128x128.
Has color map if interested in adding some favourite shade.

@chr.is, thanks! Yes, I do sometimes commission work, on a totally different level however. None of my best assets has ever been published here ^^

Nice to hear sth positive about my city, thanks! ;D A big effort is being made in terms of renovating and readapting old parts of Bydgoszcz , so it's becoming nicer and nicer every year. :LaserBeam:
