Enable wonders cinematic view in multiplayer

描述
This mod to enables few popups that get automatically disabled in multiplayer

A) when a wonder is built, it zoomed in and the wonder audio is played
B) when a natural wonder is found, it zoom to that location and play the natural wonder audio and animation
C) the same should happen with natural disasters (does not work in hot seat)
D) same should happen with rock bands (untested)
E) the tech once finished only shows up in notification, and after clicking on it, u will get the pop up. In hot seat it works without issue. Same to civic techs

This is my first try to do a mod. I am expecting bunch of stupid bugs. Please do tell me and I will work on fixing them asap

The known bug for now, the World wonder building animation does not work. i am trying to figure that out. but having the focus and the audio is a very welcome addition to my multiplayer games :D

Sadly i was never able to get the animation to work, and I stopped actively trying to get it working.

sadly , as far as i was able to tell. i didnt find to enable the full animation. It seems it is a hidden function that does that, and i am not able to edit it to enable it on multiplayer. sorry. I am pretty sad about that too. I am sad this whole mod is necessarily, they should add an option to allow it in multiplayer.
