Please be aware of the following changes:
1. No Further Updates:There will be no additional updates of patches released for "Saving Private Pesko: Remastered". The current version available on the Steam Workshop will be the final iteration.

2. Technical Support: Unfortunately, I won't be able to provide ongoing technical support for any issues that may arise with the mod. I recommend checking community forums or reaching out to fellow players for assistance.

WELCOME

This is a Fusion port of my 2014 Custom Campaign "Saving Private Pesko".

THE REMASTERED UPDATE

This update is a total rework of the entire campaign from scratch. The updated includes:
Total visual overhaul, new animations, new cutscenes, new voicelines, new music, new weapons to name a few. The new levels run at minimum 150 fps on ultra settings with the recommended requirements. Balances for higher difficulties have been adjusted. And many other smaller changes

ABOUT


Saving Pvt. Pesko (SSP) is a SinglePlayer/Co-Op four level campaign with a simple story line. The available Co-Op modes are Coin Co-Op, Standard Co-Op and of course Classic Co-op.

In this campaign you play as Sam "Serious" Stone and while on his way doing what he does, he gets a call from a different HQ. Sam finds out that one soldier and also his oldest friend Pesko from Team Charlie got stuck inside a pyramid while trying to save himself from Mental's Horde.

  • Unexpected Assignment
  • Pharaoh's Temples
  • Yards of Thoth
  • The Rescue

The level design is referenced from the real world, some places are recreated and a bit modified. Some are made up.

NOTE: This campaign does not have anything to do with the movie "Saving Private Ryan".

The latest level "the rescue" is insanely epic on serious difficulty but I believe they updated the level so that by the time you reach the door which you are supposed to blow up using mines there wasn't any mine storage around ! How are you supposed to blow up the door with no mines !

Hey man. I'm glad you liked it and I appreciate the feedback.

Could you send me a link to your stream or youtube video if you have it I can repost it here. Also I'm not sure which song is copyrighted I used mostly Serious Sam music except the ending song.

I will update the description but hey I was never expecting people to stream this xD

Hey! Love the map pack a bunch, just an issue I have is the lack of mention about the copyrighted music being used. I ended up streaming this so that kind of thing can really get a lot of people in trouble on Twitch, Youtube and other places like that when they don't know about it beforehand. Always best to mention that in the description.

Sorry, but this mod is like a bad joke. The very beginning, at the start of the first level, the game is extremely unfair with tons of strong enemies and you have no powerful weapon (normal difficulty). It's not funny at all when the game punishes the player for no reason at the very beinning. This mod is the definition of unfairness.

Very cool! Thanks for the hard work! There are two requests. Please fix the glare from the rocket launcher and grenade launcher on the third level. And yes, I did not start the fourth level.
