9/10. Good layout. Great for a small country house or similar use, Actually has transparent glass windows! The other rooms tend to just have open spaces, The only flaw is that the roof is not solid in most of building; you can fall/fly right through it as there is no collision. Depending on what you're building, that might be a limitation you have to work around.
