Company history Borborema

Founded in the 1950s by Mr. Arthur Bruno Schwambach who is still the CEO.

Borborema-Imperial Transportes has a fleet of 420 vehicles carrying 300,000 passengers per day on 52 lines of the Greater Recife Consortium Transport System.

Borborema's activities are divided into two areas on the north-south axis with the Boa Viagem sector, on the west-central axis with the Curado sector and with feeder and perimeter lines of the SEI System, also offering options covering the municipalities of Recife, Jaboatão, Olinda and Moreno.
