Role: Survival dropship, Alpha 9.x 7500 CPU compliant, warp, storage, utility.

Military nations mercenaries alike always struggle to find newer (and cheaper) methods of bringing soldiers to and from the battle. Thus purchasing an off the books and not entirely through legal means aquired design from Merc Aerospace was just the right ticket to getting the job done. Ordered in bulk, refitted and stripped down to its barebone necessities for utilitarian military use on foreign worlds, the MLV Intrepid Dropship will get your troops on the ground and preferably back off the ground after the fight.

The intrepid dropship refit may no longer have its fancy interior and fluffy triple layer carpet, but lets be honest, no pilot wants to clean a troopers blood out of that after a mission. Tread plate metal floors and scratch resistant steel come in favor of wooden walls. No more, no less. And at far less of a cost. Your maintenance crews will thank you for it.

7500 CPU Compliant, 1 Constructor, 2 Fridges, Armor Rack, Warp Core, 4 Gatling guns, 4 Rocket Launchers, 3941 volume storage bay, 1586 volume ammo bay, drone hatch with switch, exterior lights with switch, two additional cargo boxes, sensor based lights/door/ramp, requires no rare resources, and WiFi.


Disclaimer:

The dropship variant is a refit that fits my own personal need for a ship like this with an internally usable cockpit, this does come at the cost of losing some armor compared to an armored cockpit as well as the loss of a little storage space. I'd like to thank jrandall for an amazing design that I was able to utilize in this way and would like anyone looking at this to check out the original ship as well as any the other creations designs made by him.
