if you have the RESHADE gore mod and modded bloodsplatter and the source zombies then this will look very clean and realistic

@TyrannoWright @Goaty Zombies and "infected" are two different things. Zombies are walking corpses, animated by a virus. Infected are living Humans who are under the effects of a disease/toxin/chemical, making them super aggressive and cannibalistic.

Zombies wouldn't bleed like we do, and their blood would probably be rotten and black sludge.
Infected would spray blood just like us, and potentially die from a fatal shot i.e. heart or head.

tl;dr zombies don't bleed like us, infected do, they're different

A tad too real. Probably works on human players, but not so much for zombies when they're suppose to be "undead" and rotting from the inside out; not just people in costumes.
I'll give you credit in the end, though.
