Bloocobalt's Combine PM and NPCs

Adds a playermodel and NPCs of Bloocobalt's enhanced Combine. And yes, there's only one playermodel, but it has a lot of bodygroups and skins. There are two "customizable" NPCs (One with normal Combine Soldier traits, one Elite.) You need to enable "Ignore Players" and either use the c menu bodygroup selector or Easy Bodygroup Tool. And there are "preset" NPCs which are normal HL2 soldiers using Bloocobalt's HD models. And those are: Combine Soldier, Combine Shotgun Soldier, Combine Elite, Prison Guard. (There wasn't a Prison Guard Shotgunner variant in the original Enhanced Combine so here also isn't). The NPCs have spawnicons, correct weapons and other gud stuff.
