Show Industrial Machinery Tag

A simple mod that displays information when the building is considered industrial - helpful when dealing with Space Scanners or other buildings that cannot be built near other industrial machinery. The message is displayed in Status -> Information part of the building description.
Due to technical limitations the information is displayed only on a finished building.
