Edit 1:
Smaller Fixes
-Added some waves effects to some shadows, hair, and clothing that were missing
-Removed/adjusted wave effects in certain areas that interfered with things that shouldn't wave, e.g. skin.
-Slightly lowered the opacity of the vortex effect on Sasuke's sharingan

Larger Fixes
-Added fire to Naruto's arm
-Added a water ripple effect to Naruto's tailed beast bomb/Rasengan so it looks like it's radiating heat
-Added purple fire and ember particle effects to Sasuke (Susanoo energy)
-Resized the wallpaper so the entirety of the "Naruto Shippuden" logo in the top left is visible.
