This is a compatch to overwrite Local Production's overwrites to worker and gestalt jobs, maintaining its upkeep reduction bonuses while adding weights for the additional traits of Just More Traits. Will work with Glavius AI or vanilla.

This only effects worker and gestalt job weights, so use it with either my normal JMT job weights compatch or the Glavius AI version.
