Treasure Island Sign

This sign does require After Dark due to the animations of the fountain included with the DLC. It was created for youtube series Paradise Valley, a recreation of the Las Vegas Strip, along with a bunch of other unreleased props that I'm uploading for different hotels and casino (casinos). Some may not be entirely finished, but it's doubtful if I'll ever finish these props 100%.

The Mandalay Bay and Vdara Hotel towers are available exclusively for patrons and donors via https://www.patreon.com/kingleno. The same stands for them too, but I do hope to finish those someday, and upload them whenever that is.
