Have found this mod to be mandatory on all recent playthroughs.
However, I would REALLY wish that a slight reduction on all the research time for all tiers were added. On my last playthrough I wasn't able to get the final tech on either tree, not to mention very few of the higher tier techs at all. It doesn't have to be a big decrease, but a 25% reduction would be lovely.

Great mod, but can I suggest expanding the reduction to the later tech tiers as well? Seventeen turns for a tech to research is just plain ridiculous. Doesn't need to be OP, just lower it to eight or nine turns, seven if you really want to be generous.
