This mod add some decisions and country idea like military academy.

・Feature
increase new general's skill level. And this decisions have some routes. now,elite or expansion route.
can add Infantry,cavalry,and armor officer trait for non officer.
can remove old guard
can add some traits

You all realize you are demanding updates for a mod that has been dead for a year and a half, right? The odds of this mod getting updated are worse than the odds of me ever finishing a game as Luxembourg.
