A relatively small courthouse based on the Culpeper County Court Clerk.

This is an awesome asset! If you are interested in any other buildings from that county let me know as I live nearby! Or if you want anything from other small rural towns in the north western part of Virginia let me know! <3 I live in Rappahannock County lol. Kinda funny I stumbled across this asset and others that must live near me by the looks of their posts!

This thing looks so good as the center piece of a small rural town. Pairs great with the vanilla game's "tax office" unique building too. :D
