PCC-772 Memorial Park

Cheonan, a Pohang-class corvette of the Republic of Korea Navy, carrying 104 personnel, sank off the country's west coast near Baengnyeong Island in the Yellow Sea,
killing 46 seamen. The cause of the sinking is torpedo attack by North Korea.

Warrant officer Juho Han died during the rescue mission on march 30th 2010.

Cheon-an memorial park was established at ROKN 2nd fleet naval base in Pyeongtaek, cherishing their sacrfices.
