Skrieking Bandits Calm Down

An incredibly simple mod that stops Shrieking Bandits from approaching towns.
This mod was made after returning to a base in Cannibal Plains and watching as 30+ bandits streamed past me only to stand gormless in a shed, throwing a tantrum whenever someone infringed upon their cosy cabin.
The Shrieking Bandits are a quirky faction, but this struck me as jank rather than legitimate behaviour.
Everything you know and love about the sanest people of the northern wastes remains the same, so don’t fret, your regularly scheduled programme of incoherent screaming will be unaffected, and they’ll still attack you if they feel like it.
