Can you confirm it's actually not working? It's a pretty basic mod, unlikely to be affected by patches or DLC. It's just the launcher complains about a version mismatch because the superficial description file is pretty old by now.

like the guy below this comment said plz make this flag also be the flag for neutral japan and can you change the name of neutral japan to the empire of japan and the fascist version be called the Japanese empire

Would it be plausible for this to be updated so that it not only is the flag of Fascist Japan, but also for a neutral Empire of Japan? The default flag is nice and all, but it just doesn't provide the flavor I'm looking for, if that makes any sense.

はい。ただし、デフォルトの旗は太陽を中心とした陸軍のものであるため、区別しています。海軍の旗は太陽をずらしている。

• The plain red circle on white background flag, the historical flag of Japan, is HoI4's vanilla flag for the country.
• This mod instead implements the flag of the Imperial Japanese Navy, which features the red circle off-center, with red sun rays around it. It's the most common representation of the "Rising Sun".
• The Imperial Japanese Army flag is just like the IJN one, but the red sun is centered.
