[EFT] Vortex Razor AMG UH-1 holographic sight

So I've been playing some Tarkov recently, found one of these in Kiba and I just had to port it in Insurgency, found a compile on Workshop already but it's so barebones (materials consists of only a normal map and a diffuse map, it also has no VGUI image or a worldmodel) I just had to make my own version.

• Replaces the Holographic Sight
• Comes with all the features you can expect from me
