Mediterranean Invasion

描述
Allies have located an Island in the Mediterranean that Axis forces have been using as a drop point for supplies and troops bound for the African front. The Allies fleet has moved in on the island, however, Axis forces have built long range gun emplacements along the shoreline that are preventing our fleet from coming within range for bombardment. At dawn, the Allies are planning an assault to move drop ships to take control of the small town on the north end of the island. The objective is to setup headquarters in the town, eliminate any Axis opposition on the island, and cut off supply routes to Africa.

RE: The hidden British defense
World builder (CoH mapmaking program) is extremely buggy. One of those bugs is that when u place certain British structures, you can't remove them without quitting and not saving. I imagine the author worked for hours, placed the British gun, then tried to remove it and couldn't. Didn't want to lose the time spent working, so they covered it with trees.

conclusion: It turned into a stalemate I didn't even try to make it either it ended five fucking hours after I started the match

This is a nice map, I had great fun playing it. Especially the buildings of the Wehrmacht already placed throughout the map. The road through the dense forest at the Ally spawn sometimes turn out as kind of a bottleneck. Just one question: Whats up with the hidden neutral british artillery piece located in the forest near the german defenses (speaking of the defenses with the Pantherturm)?
