This is a version of the vanilla game dam with 2 one-way lanes instead of the two-way default configuration.

For allow inverting the lanes direction, use the Touch This! Tool mod

Destroy and rebuild: the tool can't do it yet. Maybe it can be added in the Touch This.

I don't get how to invert lane direction. I used touch this, and I can bulldoze the different parts, but how do I invert directions?

I used modtools with the road editor and experimented with creating a 16,000 MW dam. It seems to have worked with little to no issues.

Well, it's available in the road models, eletricity tab, along with the power poles.
