Tomashavn Clinic

Tomashavn Clinic is a no-nonsense medical care building, based on a (former) health care center in Rauma, Finland. The building is a quite typical representation of 90's municipal architecture, I suppose. Fits nicely in rural and suburban surroundings.

It has exactly the same stats as the vanilla health care center. The lot size is 4 × 3.
Main model has about 1200 tris and the lod about 180.
