add NPC testing .Ver 2.23

There is a problem that the texture of part of the mesh (model) is stretched.

this mod add SAMURAI NPC & SAMURAI armor & SAMURAI weapon
Weapons include those dedicated to NPCs

need use MOD "pippi" and "OSH quest item"
