The rope will reduce athletics as much as possible resulting in your prisoners moving at a snails pace.
Goes into the footwear slot, hiver rope goes into the pants slot.

Sold by slave traders and stolen clothing vendors.

Requieres import? is craftable? any incompability? add something more than the item? (eg animation...etc) This mod looks very good but the description is a bit vague.

The ropes are not intented to disable npcs fighting.

If people still fight, it seems like it should reduce both martial arts and melee attack to near zero as well.
