Agriculture and Farm Pack

Inspired heavily off of the European and American Countryside, this LotPack consists of independent farms at 5 workers per lot tile with an income of each at $25. The LotPack essentially consists of two parts.
1) Country roads, and 2) the Farms.

The Country roads are based off of roads in rural England, and count as Road access, but will not in themselves have traffic. They are purely decorative to give countryside a nice, rural feel. Although they are considered to be road access, access to buildings that actually are adjacent to these roads will be quite difficult.

As of V.2, there are now Farm Property Lines. They also count as road access, and are meant to represent the parts of farmland that may not necessarily have direct country roads next to them. This is something very common between European towns. To make it fit to Voxel Turf, I added small pathways on either side of the property dividers.

The Farms consist of several different varieties including: grass, grass with hay bales, tomatoes, and not-wheat styled fields. Additionally, there are also colored tree farms: red flower trees, blue flower trees, and yellow flower trees. I made the lots so they count as Industry lots, but do not require road access. They are not as powerful when it comes to grain + Silos, so that I could try to balance them out, but they are pretty good, relatively early game. I set each lot to cost $10,000 per tile, again, to attempt to compete with what would be Grain + Silo. The $10,000 is consistent, so the 5x5s are equal to $250,000 base cost, and will earn approx. $640 per hour (1/400), which is the standard. You can customize the fields, with either the large, or just the smaller, since they are all valued the same. I did not put an incentive on building with the larger fields, vs. the smaller, other than the reach of the larger fields definitely goes beyond your Base borders, should you want to do that.

Two Farmhouses have been added, and as of V.3 the amount of farms has more than doubled with wheat field variants.
