there is a glitch when canceling the construction of a building that has one or more building mats in its inventory, it goes from construction to demolition then you can cancel the demolition, this is when it happens.
a glitch happens when canceling that demolition, in theory you would want to go back to the construction but, the building gets done right away instead.
some ppl will be pissed when or if this gets fixed lol..
