Maybe you should of read the workshop rules better than just saying what other people said ^1 Ayeline'...
You need to get it through your head that you or your friend don't own the intellectual property and additionally the workshop rules you linked say the opposite, if you were to actually read what the rules say, its clearly says VIDEOS are not allowed to be reuploaded.
Yes "videos" because the steam workshop is also a platform for uploading video recordings of gameplay, this rule does not affect addons or other workshop content that can be used in game and as long as the holder of the intellectual property (in this case Compile Heart) does not have a problem with the reuploaded content, therefor no action can be taken.
You guys have been stupidly hostile towards anyone who reuploads the models, when you don't even own the property, get over it.
