Base Income 3500 - Updated

描述
This mod changes the base income that all factions have from 2500 to 3500, so an extra 1000 per turn for all factions in the game earns.

There are other mods like this that have it set to 5000, I find this makes smaller factions way to strong for their size and makes bigger empires suffer too greatly so they almost never emerge since 1-2 city factions can afford multiple full stacks armies then.

meanwhile this small increase of 1000 instead helps the smaller factions to stay alive a bit longer and increases the lengh it takes other factions to become bigger, including yourself since when you grow bigger you'll have to fight slightly stronger small factions too.

(Why reupload with update is because havn't gotten normal update to work for 6 months now after looking for help on both official forums and reddit)

This mod currently has a (rogue?) edit concerning vlad's textures.

Lampros, yeah same way this mod works if you edit it, but I can't seem to update my mods.

Tomb kings is just currently set at 0 base income, so just change that to higher, same tables as the others from what I know.

Do you know of a way to give TK some base income? Obviously not 2500 or 3500 but something reasonable like 500-100?

If it wasn't for the launcher problem I'd probobly release 10-20 more mods by now and kept old updated, but the problems kinda killed my vibe for this game, barely playing it because of that, or buying DLC.. they should figure out their problems.

Heck I even cleanly installed my PC, installed steam and game and still same problem.
