Okay never mind it works but only with the NPC Spawning pack but then when I use it it's too laggy so what do I do?

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but whenever I try to load in with this mod on rp_unioncity_day none of the cars or AI nodes for the cars load in.

@T1NY_T4NK go to the toolgun and click "restore waypoints". itl generate the mesh for you
