Model functions with rig_biped_simple,viewtarget, and has facial bones to mess with.

It's a bit WIP at this point as it's only missing procedural bones. I'll work on that though

To lock the cape to the model is the same way you would with tf2 models. Lock the same bones and zero slider.

Please report to me about any issues with the model. It's been awhile since I ported something.
