Bounties Redux

描述
This WIP mod buffs unique bounties, making them more difficult but also much more lucrative to hunt. Some non unique bounties are also slightly increased. This mod also adds some of the missing bounties such as "canyon lands killer," "the greivewraith," etc. Only canyon lands killer is added so far but I am adding more as I go. These new bounties have their own unique dialogue. I will also be adding some completely custom bounties soon, complete with their own wanted posters and dialogue.

Yep, still working on all my mods on and off. It's a bit slow going as I have a lot of projects and limited time.
